Vegetarian by definition means with out meat, but that doesn't mean with out animal products.  Recipes from all lands can be found under this section.  Be inspired with the endless possibilities cooking vegetarian dishes can bring.  The possibilities are endless and the meals do not disappoint.  Cooking vegetarian really only implies no meat.  So, the meal is typically cooked with the allowance of other animal products such as milk, eggs and butter.  As one who lives the plant based lifestyle, my view of vegetarian cooking is endless on the possibility chain.  In addition, baking often falls under this category, as the heart of normal baking is made with milk, butter and eggs predominately.
