*Lungwort.Pulmonaria officinalis: A member of the borage family, and one of the original wildflowers native to European forests. The plant has white spots on leaves and has been long associated with the healing of the lungs.
Treats: acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis, tuberculosis, palpitations, hemorrhoids, anal fissure, urinary incontinence, wounds.
Usage: Leaves are given as a tea in hot infusion to make it a diaphoretic. Combined with plantain and coltsfoot in chronic respiratory problems.

Dosage:  Steep about 4-5 leaves in boiling water for 10 minutes and drink.
